摘要
采用稻壳等质量替代砂制备稻壳砂浆试件,对试件的抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、干密度、吸水率等基本性能进行测试。结果表明:与未掺稻壳的普通水泥砂浆相比,稻壳的掺入减缓试件早期抗压强度的增长,降低砂浆的抗压强度;稻壳能提高砂浆的抗折强度,稻壳掺量为45%时,试件的压折比最小,韧性有较大程度的提升;稻壳的掺入降低了试件的弹性模量,最大降幅达到16.3%;稻壳砂浆具有较小的干密度和较大的吸水率。
Rice husk mortar specimens were prepared by replacing sand with same mass of rice husk.The basic properties of the specimens were studied,including compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus,dry density,water absorption and so on.The results showed that compared with cement mortar,the incorporation of rice husk slowed down the early compressive strength growth of the specimens and reduced the compressive strength of the mortar.The flexural strength of the mortar was enhanced by the rice husk fiber and the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength was the lowest when the content of the rice husk was 45%.The elastic modulus of rice husk mortar decreased by 16.3%,and toughness increased to a great extent.Rice husk mortar had smaller dry density and larger water absorption.
