混凝土孔结构填充材料的选择及适用性分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过文献收集及市场调研,详细划分了适用于水泥混凝土孔结构填充的材料种类,分析了填充材料对混凝土性能影响的机理;通过对填充材料粒径范围的考察,从小粒径颗粒填充大孔隙的角度,分别提出适用于100~1000 nm孔以及大于1000 nm孔的填充材料。结果表明,纳米硅灰、沸石粉、氮化硅以及微细粒级石灰石粉可用来填充100~1000 nm毛细孔;磷石膏粉和微粒级石灰石粉可用来填充5μm以上的孔隙;粉煤灰和矿渣粉适宜填充15μm以上的孔隙;纳米硅灰、沸石粉以及微粉以下粒径的石灰石粉可用来填充1000 nm以上的有害孔隙。 By means of literature and market investigation,the species of materials for filling the pore with different size in concrete are analyzed in detail.The influence mechanism of the filling material on the properties of the concrete was analyzed.By surveying the range of the particle diameter,the kinds of materials which can filling in capillary pores between 100 nm and 1000 nm and pores bigger than 1000 nm have been put forward.The results shows that the capillary pores with diameter from 100 nm to 1000 nm can be filled with silicon powder,zeolite powder,silicon nitride powder and limestone powder with micro fine grade.Pores with diameter over 5 micrometer can be filled with ardealite powder and limestone powder with micro grade.Pores with diameter over 15 micrometer can be filled with fly ash and slag.All of the harmful pores with diameter over 1000 nm can be filled with nanometer size silicon powder,zeolite powder and limestone powder with fine grade.
