摘要
为了将乳化沥青冷再生混合料用于更高路面结构层位,试验研究不同种类纤维和掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响。结果表明,掺加纤维能提高乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能、路用性能、抗松散性能和耐久性能。随着纤维掺量的增加,乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能呈先提高后降低趋势;4种纤维对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的综合路用性能和疲劳特性改善效果的排序为:玄武岩纤维>聚丙烯腈纤维>聚酯纤维>聚丙烯纤维;掺加纤维能显著改善乳化沥青冷再生混合料在的长期稳定性。
In order to use emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture for higher pavement structure horizon,the effects of different types and amounts of fiber on mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture were studied The results show that the addition of fiber can improve the mechanical properties,road performance,anti-loose performance and durability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.The mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture increase first then decrease with the increase of fiber content.The improvement effect of the four fibers on the comprehensive road performance and fatigue characteristics of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is:basalt fiber>polypropylene fiber>polyester fiber>polypropylene fiber.The addition of fibers can significantly improve the long-term stability of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.
