Under the concept of environmental protection,the application of diatom mud in interior wall decoration paintings was studied.Diatom mud as metope adornment material has obvious characteristic and superiority,is superior to the traditional decorative materials.Diatom mud texture,flat painting and elastic-painting,hand-painted art and other techniques are introduced.As a new interior wall material,diatom mud can realize multiple visual effects combining art and material,and promote the development of modern wall decorative painting.
