发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体板的研究与应用

The research and application on insulated decorative integrated panel of foaming ceramics

利用发泡陶瓷作为保温装饰一体板芯材,增强纤维水泥板作为装饰面板,制成发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体板。试验结果表明,制备的发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体板的拉伸粘结强度符合JG/T 287-2013《保温装饰板外墙外保温系统材料》要求;提出了发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体板的安装方式,并对粘贴和锚固方式进行了力学验证,满足外墙保温系统的安全要求。

Using foaming ceramics as core material for insulated decorative panel,reinforced fiber cement board is used as decorative panel to form insulated decorative panel.It has been proved through experiments that the tensile bond strength can meet the requirements of the specification JG/T 287—2013"The materials of external thermal insulation aystems based on insulated decorative panel".The installation method of foaming ceramic insulation and decorative integrated panel is proposed.The mechanical verification of the pasting and anchoring methods was carried out to meet the safety requirements of the external wall insulation system.
