电动汽车驱动电机工作特性及效率测试研究

Research on Performance and Efficiency Test of Electric Vehicle Driving Motor

介绍了电动汽车驱动电机类型,分析了驱动电机的工作特性,介绍了电驱动系统效率测试方法及参数计算,对试验台架系统结构进行了描述,并在台架上对某车用驱动电机进行了效率测试和分析。结果表明,测试的电机驱动系统效率主要集中在80%~95%区间,可以为开发人员控制电机效率最优化运行提供依据。

The performance and types of driving motor system for electric vehicle(EV)are introduced,and the system efficiency test method and parameter calculation are introduced.The structure of the test bench system is described,and the efficiency test of a vehicle driving motor is carried out on the test bench.The result shows that the efficiency is mainly in the range of 80%~95%,which can be used to provide the basis for developers to control the motor running in the efficiency optimization area.
