摘要 为了能够给用户提供更多样的信息显示、更清晰的分区方式,本文创新性地提出一种三折屏组合仪表的设计实现方案。结构上采用3块液晶屏与热弯成型玻璃全贴合实现,硬件上使用i.MX 6Dual作为驱动芯片,通过i.MX 6Dual驱动3块液晶屏工作,不同屏幕上显示不同的信息,最大程度地为用户提供清晰的信息显示分区。MCU单元内运行RTOS实时操作系统,同时i.MX 6Dual内运行Linux系统,2个单元和系统之间通过SPI进行通信,实现三折屏组合仪表的各项功能和交互显示。 In order to provide users with more diverse information display and clearer zoning,this paper proposes an innovative design and implementation of a three-screen bending combination instrument cluster.Three LCD screens are used in the structure to fully fit with the hot bending glass.For the hardware,i.MX 6Dual is used as the driver chip and i.MX 6Dual drives three LCD screens to work.Different information is displayed on different screens,so as to provide clear information display for users to the greatest extent.Real-time operating system is running on MCU unit,and Linux system is running on i.MX 6dual.The communication between the two units and the system is carried out through SPI to realize the functions and interactive display of the three screens bending combination instrument cluster.
