摘要
选用有限元仿真方法,研究了在均布外压作用下,周向波纹圆柱壳的屈曲问题、以及波纹幅值对柱壳屈曲的影响。首先,设计了1个普通圆柱形耐压壳和2个周向正弦波纹柱形耐压壳,对理想柱壳进行线性屈曲分析,并观察波纹幅值对柱壳屈曲的影响规律;然后为了验证理想柱壳线性屈曲分析的可靠性,要对真实波纹柱壳进行非线性屈曲分析。理想波纹柱壳的线性屈曲分析与真实波纹柱壳的非线性屈曲分析一致表明,随着波纹幅值的增大,圆柱壳抵抗屈曲变形的能力也随之增大,并且理想波纹柱壳的线性失稳模式与真实波纹柱壳后屈曲失稳模式一致。
The finite element simulation method is used to study the buckling of circular corrugated cylindrical shell under uniform external pressure and the influence of the amplitude of the wave on the buckling.First of all,one ordinary cylindrical pressure shell and two circumferential sine corrugated cylindrical pressure shells are designed to analyze the linear buckling of the ideal cylindrical shell and observe the influence of the amplitude of the wave on the buckling of the cylindrical shell;then,in order to verify the reliability of the linear buckling analysis of the ideal cylindrical shell,the nonlinear buckling analysis of the real corrugated cylindrical shell is required.The linear buckling analysis of the ideal corrugated cylindrical shell is consistent with the nonlinear buckling analysis of the real corrugated cylindrical shell.It shows that with the increase of the amplitude of the corrugation,the ability of the cylindrical shell to resist the buckling deformation increases,and the linear buckling mode of the ideal corrugated cylindrical shell is consistent with that of the real corrugated cylindrical shell.
