氮掺杂碳量子点的制备及其在Pb^2+检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以L-瓜氨酸为前驱体,采用水热法制备了强蓝色荧光的氮掺杂碳量子点(Nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots,N-CQDs),然后,将该N-CQDs用于金属离子的检测,实验发现该N-CQDs对Pb^2+具有选择性荧光淬灭现象,基于此,建立了一种用于检测Pb^2+的荧光探针。当Pb^2+浓度在10.00~2500μmol/L时,呈良好的线性关联(R^2=0.99779),检出限为3.3μmol/L(S/N=3),进一步将其应用于化妆水样品中Pb^2+的测定,加标回收率为96.0%~106%,RSD小于3.6%。 A strong blue luminescent nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)were synthesized by hydrothermal method,which was used L-citrulline as a precursor,then,the N-CQDs were used for the detection of metal ions,which were found that the N-CQDs had a fluorescence quenching phenomenon for Pb^2+.Therefore,a fluorescent probe for Pb^2+detection was developed based on this.The experimental presented a good linearity(R^2=0.99779)with Pb^2+concentration in the range of 10.00-2500μmol/L,the limit of detection was 3.3μmol/L(S/N=3),and it was further used for the detection of Pb^2+in toning lotion samples,the recovery rate of spiked was 96.0%-106%,and the RSD was less than 3.6%.
