MRU再生塔再沸器的工程设计

摘要 立式热虹吸式再沸器具有传热系数大、投资低、结构紧凑较小等优点,将其作为MRU再生塔再沸器的首选方案。介绍了再沸器的工作原理,并确定了相关参数,采用Aspen EDR软件对其进行设计,结果表明:再沸器在不同的静压头值下,均能满足设计要求,且运行稳定;再沸器管程进出口压降满足设计要求。本工程设计可供相关人员使用EDR设计再沸器时作为参考。 The vertical thermosiphon reboiler has the advantages of large heat transfer coefficient,low investment,and compact structure.It is used as the first choice of MRU regeneration tower reboiler.The working principle of the reboiler is introduced,and the relevant parameters are determined.Aspen EDR software is used to design it.The results show that the reboiler can meet the design requirements under different static pressure head values and operate stably;The pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the boiler tube meets the design requirements.This project design can be used as a reference when relevant personnel use EDR to design a reboiler.
