This article introduces the operation mode and flushing process of PSA device,analyzes the impact of the flushing inlet program-controlled valve after failure in different operating conditions from the principle and actual operation,proposes a processing method to solve the corresponding problems,and provides a reference for the device to solve similar problems in the future.
