摘要
制备环氧氯丙烷的方式有很多种,从氯化甘油中制备出的二氯丙醇和氢氧化钠为原料,通过这两种原料的相互反应来制备出环氧氯丙烷。但并不是在任何情况下,二氯丙醇与氢氧化钠的皂化反应都能够制备出收率很高的环氧氯丙烷。环氧氯丙烷的收率,与二氯丙醇和氢氧化钠的反应时间/反应温度,甚至与这两者在发生反应时的配比量都有很大的关系。
There are many ways to prepare epichlorohydrin.In this paper,dichloropropanol and sodium hydroxide prepared from chlorinated glycerol are selected as raw materials.Epoxychloropropane is prepared by the mutual reaction of these two raw materials.However,it should be understood that the saponification reaction of dichloropropanol and sodium hydroxide can not produce epichlorohydrin with high yield in any case.The yield of epichlorohydrin is actually related to the reaction time/reaction temperature of dichloropropanol and sodium hydroxide,and even the proportion of the two when the reaction occurs.
