摘要
为提升汽车传感器系统总成工作的稳定性及可靠性,防止组件工作时出现热量聚集,该文应用数值仿真技术,模拟了汽车传感器系统总成内各部件温度分布情况,并重点关注了总成内关键部件雨量传感器的温度。结果表明雨量传感器的热力学温度为348.15 K左右,未超过工作限值(358.15 K),满足工作要求。应用数值仿真技术可以进行系统工作温度预测,对系统的稳定性及可靠性设计具有指导意义。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of the automobile sensor system assembly,and prevent the heat accumulation when the components work,this paper uses the numerical simulation technology to simulate the temperature distribution of the components in the automobile sensor system assembly,and focuses on the temperature of the key components the rain sensor in the assembly.The results show that the thermodynamic temperature of rain sensor is about 348.15K,which does not exceed the working limit(358.15K)and meets the working requirements.The application of numerical simulation technology can predict the working temperature of the system,which is of guiding significance to the stability and reliability design of the system.
