瑞舒伐他汀对稳定型心绞痛患者内皮祖细胞及脑钠肽的影响

Effects of rosuvastatin on endothelial progenitor cells and brain natriuretic peptide of patients with stable angina pectoris

目的探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀对稳定型心绞痛患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)数量及脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法将2016年8月至2017年8月南昌市第一医院收治的86例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为低剂量组和高剂量组。低剂量组43例患者采用10mg瑞舒伐他汀钙片,高剂量组43例采用20mg瑞舒伐他汀钙片,均为每天1次,持续6个月。比较2组治疗前后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、BNP水平及EPCs数量。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后TG、LDL-C水平降低,EPCs数量增加,且高剂量组治疗后上述指标与低剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量组与高剂量组患者EPCs与BNP变化幅度均呈正相关[相关系数(r)=0.37、0.74,P<0.05]。结论瑞舒伐他汀明显增加稳定型心绞痛患者EPCs数量及降低BNP水平,改善内皮功能,且呈剂量依赖。

Objective To investigate the effects of different doses rosuvastatin on the number of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)and levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in peripheral blood of patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty-six patients with stable angina pectoris in the First Hospital of Nanchang city from August 2016 to August 2017 were included in the study,and randomly divided into the low-dose group and the high-dose group.Forty-three patients in the low-dose group were treated with 10 mg rosuvastatin calcium tablets,43 patients in the high-dose group were treated with 20 mg rosuvastatin calcium tablets,all patients were treated once a day for 6 months.The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),BNP and the number of EPCs were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of TG,LDL-C in the two groups decreased,the number of EPCs increased after treatment,the increase in the high-dose group were more obvious than those in the low-dose group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were positive correlation between EPCs and BNP in the low-dose group and the high-dose group[correlation coefficient(r)=0.37,0.74,P<0.05].Conclusion Rosuvastatin significantly increases the number of EPCs and decreases the level of BNP in patients with stable angina pectoris,and improvs endothelial function in a dose-dependent.
