足月妊娠单纯羊水减少对脐血流S/D的影响

Effect of simple amniotic fluid reduction on umbilical cord blood flow S/D in full-term pregnancy

目的探讨足月妊娠单纯羊水减少对脐血流收缩期最大血流速度/舒张期末血流速度(S/D)的影响。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月55例足月妊娠单纯羊水减少孕妇按照羊水指数(AFI)的不同分成0~30mm(A组,0例)、>30~50mm(B组,9例)、>50~65mm(C组,14例)、>65~80mm(D组,32例)等4个亚组,比较各组间S/D的差异,同时将B、C、D组孕妇的S/D与同期50例足月妊娠AFI正常(>80~250mm)孕妇(E组)的S/D进行比较。结果B、C、D组脐血流S/D比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C、D组S/D与E组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期单纯羊水减少可增加脐血流S/D,且羊水量越少,脐血流S/D越高。

Objective To investigate the effect of simple amniotic fluid reduction on the ratio of maximum systolic velocity to end-diastolic velocity(S/D)of umbilical blood flow in full-term pregnancy.Methods Fifty-five pregnant women with amniotic fluid reduction during full-term pregnancy from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into groups ranging from 0-30 mm(group A,0),>30-50 mm(group B,n=9),>50-65 mm(group C,n=14),>65-80 mm(group D,n=32)according to amniotic fluid index(AFI),the differences of S/D among the 4 groups were compared.At the same time,the S/D of 55 cases pregnant women with simple amniotic fluid reduction in full-term pregnancy group and 50 cases pregnant women with normal AFI(>80-250 mm)in full-term pregnancy group were compared.Results The S/D of umbilical blood flow in B,C,D groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences the S/D in B,C,D groups between group E(P<0.05).Conclusion The simple amniotic fluid reduction will increase the S/D of umbilical blood flow in full-term pregnancy,and amniotic fluid is less,the increase of S/D will be greater.
