青年教师提高儿科学教学能力的实践探索 被引量:7

摘要 儿科学是一门重要的医学临床课程。青年教师是儿科学教学工作的重要力量,如何提高青年教师的教学能力是提高教学质量的关键环节。具备良好的专业知识水平,在课堂教学工作前认真备课,在实际教学过程中不断探索、不断提高,课后及时反思总结是提高青年教师儿科教学能力的有效方法。
