摘要
分析新冠肺炎疫情导致在校大学生的认知、情绪、行为等系列心理健康问题,提出在疫情期间,高校应充分发挥朋辈心理服务机制的优势,从心理援助、心理互助、心理自助三方面积极开展朋辈心理服务工作,提升学生的心理防疫能力,有效缓解学生心理压力,重建积极心态,安全平稳度过疫情。
This paper analyzes the cognitive,emotional and behavioral problems of college students due to the COVID-19 epidemic. It also suggests that colleges and universities make full use of the advantages of the peer psychological service mechanism during the period of the epidemic as well as implementing the service work in the aspects of psychological assistance,mutual aid and self-help,to enhance students’ ability of mental epidemic prevention,relieve their mental stress and help them rebuild positive mentality and get through the epidemic safely and smoothly.
