核型多角体病毒生活周期及宿主抗病毒反应的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 核型多角体病毒(Nucleopolyhedrovirus,NPV)作为一类重要的昆虫病毒,广泛用作绿色生物农药、蛋白质表达系统和哺乳动物基因递送载体,都有相应的商业化产品,如:作为生物农药,在国内商业化的NPV有4种,共35个产品;表达载体有Ac-Bacmid和Bm-Bacmid。对于NPV的防治及利用,离不开对NPV生活周期(细胞入侵、核衣壳入核、基因组复制和表达、病毒组装、出芽)和宿主抗病毒反应的研究。就NPV的生活周期和宿主抗病毒反应进行讨论,并总结相关领域的最新研究进展。 Nucleopolyhedrovirus(NPV),as an important insect virus,is widely used as environmentally friendly pesticides,protein expression systems and potential mammalian gene delivery vectors,and a series of achievements were achieved.For the prevention and utilization of NPV,research on the life cycle of NPV(entry into cells,nucleocapsid transit to the nucleus,genome replication and expression,virus assembly,budding)and host antiviral response is indispensable.This review discusses the life cycle of NPV and host antiviral response and summarizes the latest research progress in the related fields discussed above.
