江西省水源涵养功能重要性评估技术研究

Research on Evaluation of the Importance of Water Conservation Function in Jiangxi Province

以江西省为研究区域,从水源涵养功能重要性评价角度,采用气象数据、蒸散发量数据、高程数据、土地利用等数据,采用水量平衡方程计算全省水源涵养量。根据评估结果,对水源涵养重要性进行分级评价,确定全省水源涵养功能极重要区域,为江西省生态保护红线评估调整工作与实施保护后保护成效的评估提供技术支撑。评估结果表明,江西省水源涵养量在66.9亿t/d以上,水源涵养维护功能极重要区面积44052 km 2,占江西省国土面积比例26.39%。江西省水源涵养极重要区域分布较为集中,主要分布于赣东、赣东北和赣西的山区,与江西省植被覆盖度较高的区域范围基本一致。

Taking Jiangxi province as the research area,using the water balance equation to calculate water conservation capacity with meteorological data,evapotranspiration data,elevation data,land use data,from the point of view of evaluating the importance of water conservation function.According to the evaluation results,the importance of water conservation is classified,and the extremely important area of water conservation function in the province will be determined to provide a basis for the evaluation and adjustment of ecological conservation redline,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of protection after the implementation of protection.The results show that the amount of water conservation in Jiangxi province is more than 6.69 billion t/d,the very important area of the water conservation and maintenance is 44052 km 2,accounting for 26.39%of the land area of Jiangxi province.The distribution of the most important areas of water conservation in Jiangxi province is relatively concentrated,mainly distributed in the mountainous areas of eastern,northeastern and western of the province and basically consistent with the area with high vegetation coverage.
