赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液辅助治疗小儿营养不良的临床效果

Clinical effect of Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution on adjuvant treatment of pediatric malnutrition

目的探讨赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液辅助治疗小儿营养不良的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年10月我院收治的100例小儿营养不良患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组采取常规方案治疗,给予患儿营养支持、对症处理和纠正贫血等。治疗组则采取常规方案+赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液辅助治疗3个月。比较两组小儿营养不良效果,纠正营养不良时间,治疗前后患儿营养相关性指标及免疫状态;不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后清蛋白、血红蛋白、免疫球蛋白G和A水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组纠正营养不良时间和治疗的时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规方案+赖氨肌醇维B12口服溶液辅助治疗小儿营养不良效果好,可有效改善患儿的营养情况和免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution in the treatment of pediatric malnutrition.Methods A total of 100 patients with malnutrition in children from January 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,giving patients nutritional support,symptomatic treatment and correction of anemia.The treatment group was treated with conventional regimen+Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution adjuvant therapy for 3 months.The efficacy of malnutrition in two groups of children,correct the time of malnutrition,the time of hospitalization;the nutritional related indicators and immune status of patients before and after treatment,adverse effect were compared.Resuts The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of albumin,hemoglobin,immunoglobulin G and A in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of correcting malnutrition and hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The conventional regimen+Lysine Vitamin B12 Oral Solution has a good effect on the treatment of pediatric malnutrition,which can effectively improve the nutritional status of children and their immune function,shortening the hospitalization time.
