饮食护理对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳和胃肠功能的影响

Effect of diet nursing care on lactation and gastrointestinal function of parturient women after cesarean section

目的探讨饮食护理对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳和胃肠功能的的影响。方法选取2019年1~4月我院收治的80例剖宫产术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用常规护理+饮食护理干预方法,比较两组产后泌乳情况、胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组泌乳开始时间和泌乳充足时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组24、48 h的乳汁充足率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间及肠鸣音出现时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施饮食护理干预可促进产后乳汁分泌,同时可缩短产妇胃肠功能恢复时间,总体优势显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of diet nursing care on lactation and gastrointestinal function of parturient women after cesarean section.Methods Eighty patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January to April 2019 were selected as research subjects and were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by the random number table method.The conventional nursing method was adopted for the control group,and the conventional nursing care+diet nursing intervention method was adopted for the observation group.The lactation and the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the two groups were compared.Results The start time of lactation and the adequate time of lactation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the adequacy ratios of milk at 24 and 48 hours in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the first time of flatus,the first time of defection and the appear time of bowel sounds in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can promote the postpartum milk secretion and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in parturient women after cesarean section,which has significant overall advantages and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
