摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在口腔修复中的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月~2019年9月我院收治的100例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照随机非双盲法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组组采用人性化护理方法。比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分、护理质量评分、患者护理满意度评分。结果两组护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理后护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在口腔修复患者中有较高的应用价值,有助于改善患者负面情绪,提高护理服务质量,提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing in prosthodontics.Methods A total of 100 patients with prosthodontics admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random non double blind method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group adopted the routine nursing method,and the observation group adopted the humanized nursing method.The scores of anxiety,depression self-assessment scale,nursing quality and patients′nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The score of nursing service quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing has high application value in the patients with prosthodontics.It is helpful to improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of nursing service,and improve the patients′satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
