摘要 随着王坡煤矿3310工作面开采深度逐渐加深,矿井深处的安全不确定性增加,运顺顶板破碎程度加剧,下沉速率及结构变形逐渐加强,原有超前支护方式维护顶板的方式已无法满足安全采煤的生产要求。针对这一情况,在该矿3310工作面运顺使用ZQLY4000/20/38型超前支架,代替原有顶板支护方式。实际应用效果表明,新型超前支架支护方式安全可靠性较高,减小了人力工作成本,应用效果良好。 With the deepening of the mining depth of the 3310 working face of the Wangpo Mine,the safety uncertainty in the depth of the mine increased,the degree of shattering of the top plate transportation increased,the rate of sinking and the structural deformation gradually strengthened,the original way of maintaining the top plate in advance of the support method can no longer meet the production requirements of safe mining.In response to this situation,ZQLY4000/20/38 overhead brackets on the 3310 working surface of the mine was adopted,instead of the original top plate support method.The practical application results showed that the new overhead support method with high safety and reliability,which reduced the labor intensity,with good application.
