摘要
为进一步掌握U型通风综采工作面的瓦斯浓度分布规律,本文以屯兰矿12508工作面为研究对象,提出了工作面瓦斯浓度现场监测试验方案,试验结果表明,沿工作面走向从进风侧到回风侧,瓦斯浓度逐渐升高,在回风上隅角达到最高浓度0.63%;沿工作面倾向从煤壁侧到采空区侧,瓦斯浓度呈"高-低-高"变化规律。因此,为防治回风上隅角瓦斯超限,应从优化通风方案、吊挂风帐、采空区埋管、减小压差等方面入手进行瓦斯治理。
In order to further grasp the gas concentration distribution law of the U-ventilation comprehensive mining working surface,12508 working face of Tunlan Mine was taken as the study background,and the on-site monitoring test plan of the gas concentration of the work surface was proposed,the test results showed that the gas concentration gradually increased along the work surface from the inlet side to the return side,and reached the highest concentration of 0.63%in the corner of the return wind;the tendency of the work surface from the coal wall side to the side of the mining area,the gas concentration showed the"high-low-high"change law.Therefore,in order to prevent and control the return wind on the corner of the gas over the limit,should be optimized from the ventilation program,hanging wind tent,buried pipe in the mining area,reduce the pressure difference and other aspects of the gas management.
