Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Gastritis from Turbidity Toxin

近年来中医学认为,湿阻中焦、脾胃阴虚是慢性胃炎的重要病因。本文从浊毒的角度阐述慢性胃炎的临床特点、病因病机、辨证分型及论证治疗,主要介绍有关浊毒在慢性胃炎治疗中的作用,以及其与慢性胃炎辨证分型的关系,旨在为慢性胃炎的辨证治疗提供依据。

In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that damp blockage middle energizer and spleen-stomach Yin deficiency are important causes of chronic gastritis.This article describes clinical features,etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical differentiation and demonstration treatment of chronic gastritis from turbidity toxin perspective.It mainly introduces roles of turbidity toxin in treatment of chronic gastritis,and its relationship with dialectical differentiation of chronic gastritis,which is aimed at providing basis for dialectical treatment of chronic gastritis.
