香苏散加减辨证辅治功能性消化不良的疗效及对胃动力的影响观察

Efficacy of Modified Xiangsu Powder in Dialectical Adjuvant Therapy for Functional Dyspepsia and Its Influence on Gastric Motility

目的:观察香苏散加减辨证辅治功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及对胃动力的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年5月于我院治疗的160例FD患者作为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组各80例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用香苏散加减治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。比较治疗前、治疗1个月后两组患者中医证候积分(脘腹胀满、胃脘疼痛、嗳气反酸、纳差、胃中嘈杂、恶心呕吐)水平、血浆胃动力素(MTL)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)及空腹胃电图(EGG)指标[平均收缩波频率(MFC)、收缩波幅值(AC)]变化情况。结果:治疗1个月后,两组患者中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组降低情况优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患者MTL、AchE水平及空腹MFC、AC水平均高于治疗前,且观察组上调明显(P均<0.05);观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论香苏散加减辨证辅助治疗FD疗效显著,能有效提升患者血浆MTL、AchE水平,促进胃动力,改善患者临床症状。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Modified Xiangsu Powder in dialectical adjuvant therapy of functional dyspepsia(FD) and its effects on gastric motility.Methods: A total of 160 patients with FD who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and controlled group,with 80 cases in each group.The controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was combined with Modified Xiangsu Powder on this basis.The clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups.The TCM syndromes scores(abdominal fullness and distension,gastral cavity pain,belching and sour regurgitation,anorexia,noisy stomach,nausea and vomiting),plasma motilin(MTL),acetylcholin esterase(AchE) and fasting electrogastrogram(EGG) indexes [mean frequency of contraction(MFC),amplitude contraction(AC)] were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 month of treatment.Results: After 1 month of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decreases in the observation group were better than those in the controlled group(all P<0.05).The levels of MTL and AchE and fasting MFC and AC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the up-regulations were more significant in the observation group(all P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(all P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Xiangsu Powder has significant efficacy in dialectical adjuvant therapy of FD,and it can effectively improve levels of plasma MTL and AchE,promote gastric motility and improve clinical symptoms.
