高频超声全程引导下汉派骨伤三联疗法在肩周炎患者中的应用及对Constant-Murley肩关节评分的影响

Application of “Hanpai Bone Injury” Triple Therapy Guided by High-frequency Ultrasound in Patients with Frozen Shoulder and Its Influence on Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Score

目的:观察高频超声全程引导下"汉派骨伤"三联疗法在肩周炎患者中的应用效果及对Constant-Murley肩关节评分的影响。方法:选择2018年1月~2018年10月治疗的肩周炎患者100例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组给予传统保守治疗,观察组采用高频超声全程引导下"汉派骨伤"三联疗法治疗,两组均进行3个月治疗,比较两组Constant-Murley肩关节评分、VAS疼痛评分、炎性因子水平及安全性。结果:观察组治疗后3个月疼痛、关节活动度、日常生活活动力及肌力评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、2个月及3个月VAS评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间气胸、呼吸困难、肢体僵硬、血压波动及疼痛加剧发生率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将高频超声全程引导下"汉派骨伤"三联疗法用于肩周炎患者中能改善患者肩关节功能,减轻患者疼痛,降低炎症因子水平,安全性相对较高,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of "Hanpai Bone Injury" triple therapy in patients with periarthritis of shoulder and the influence on the score of Constant-Murley shoulder joint under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound.Methods: One hundred patients with frozen shoulder treated from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled.The random number table was divided into controlled group(n=50) and observation group(n=50).The controlled group received traditional conservative treatment.The observation group was treated with high-frequency ultrasound guided "Hanpai Bone Injury" triple therapy.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The two groups were compared with the Constant-Murley shoulder score,VAS pain score,and inflammation.Sex factor level and safety.Results: The pain,joint mobility,activities of daily living and muscle strength of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment.The VAS scores were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pneumothorax,dyspnea,limb stiffness,blood pressure fluctuation and pain exacerbation during the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The high-frequency ultrasound guided "Hanpai Bone Injury" triple therapy for patients with frozen shoulder can improve the shoulder joint function,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and the safety is relatively high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
