苓桂术连汤联合二甲双胍对肥胖伴胰岛素抵抗患者的临床疗效评价

Clinical Effect Estimation of Linggui Zhulian Decoction Combined with Metformin for Obese Patients with Insulin Resistance

目的:观察苓桂术连汤联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖伴胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:将74例肥胖伴胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为联合组和对照组,每组37例。对照组予二甲双胍,联合组予苓桂术连汤联合二甲双胍,疗程为12周。观察两组患者的中医证候积分、腰围、胰岛素抵抗指数及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分下降,BMI、腰围及胰岛素抵抗指数降低;与对照组相比,联合组临床疗效显著优于对照组,且联合组患者积分、BMI、HOMA-IR、白介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苓桂术连汤联合二甲双胍用药对改善肥胖伴胰岛素抵抗患者的临床症状疗效优于单用二甲双胍。

Objective: To observe the effect of Linggui Zhulian Decoction combined with Metformin in treating patients with obesity and insulin resistance.Methods: 74 patients with obesity and insulin resistance were randomized into the drug-combination group and controlled group with 37 cases in each group.The patients in the controlled group were treated by Metformin and the patients in the drug-combination group were treated by Linggui Zhulian Decoction combined with Metformin,with a course of 12 weeks.The Chinese medical syndrome scores and the effect on Chinese medical syndrome which belong to the main standard were evaluated,and the indexes of BMI,waist circumference,HOMA-IR and the levels of relevant cell factors as secondary index were detected and compared.Results: After treatment,the total effective rates on Chinese medical syndrome of both groups were respectively effective.Moreover,the Chinese medical syndrome scores of both groups were obviously decreased.It was also observed the decrease of BMI,waist circumference and Homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR).What’s more,some relevant cell factors also changed.As for Body Mass Index(BMI),HOMA-IR,Interleukin-2(IL-2) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α),the drug-combination group decreased much more than the controlled group,as the Chinese medical syndrome scores.Conclusion: Linggui Zhulian Decoction combined with Metformin is more effective for obese patients with insulin resistance than the use of Metformin alone(P<0.05).
