神阙灸联合针刺治疗中风后便秘临床疗效观察

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion at Shenque for Treating Constipation after Stroke

目的:观察神阙灸联合针刺治疗脑卒中便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2018年5月在我科住院治疗的中风患者共75例,将患者根据计算机随机法分为观察组38例和对照组37例。对照组运用单纯针刺法,观察组采用神阙灸联合针刺法。以便秘症状积分的主症积分、兼症积分、总积分和临床有效率作为评价指标。结果:①观察组治疗前和治疗后各结局指标对比有统计学差异(p均<0.01);②对照组治疗前和治疗后各结局指标对比有统计学差异(p均<0.01);③观察组和对照组治疗后主症、兼症、总积分之间比较具有统计学差异(p均<0.05);④两组临床有效率之间的差异具有统计学意义(Z=3.27,P=0.00)。结论:单纯针刺治疗、神阙灸联合针刺治疗均可改善脑卒中后便秘,且神阙灸联合针刺疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。神阙灸联合针刺治疗可有效降低便秘的各积分指标,改善便秘症状,有助于脑卒中的康复,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of applying acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods:Seventy-five patients with stroke who were hospitalized in our department from December 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(n=38)and controlled group(n=37)by computer randomization.The controlled group was treated with oral lactulose,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The main symptom score,the symptom score,the total score and the clinical effective rate of the symptom score were used as evaluation indexes.Results:1.There were statistical differences between the indicators in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.01).2.There were statistical differences between the indicators before and after treatment(P<0.01).3.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on the main symptoms,comorbidities and total scores after treatment(P<0.05).The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=3.27,P=0.00).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture can effectively improve constipation after stroke,and the effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture is better than acupuncture alone.Moxibustion at Shenque combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce the scores of constipation symptoms,improve the symptoms of constipation,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of stroke,which is worthy of clinical application.
