温针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Warm Acupuncture Combined with Herbal Fumigation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察温针灸联合中药熏蒸对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年9月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者86例。根据患者自愿原则将患者分为两组,每组43例。对照组患者进行温针灸治疗。观察组患者接受温针灸联合熏蒸治疗。评价两组患者的疗效、McGill疼痛询问量表(MPQ)评分、腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为88.37%,明显高于对照组69.77%(P<0.05),观察组患者MPQ、ODI评分、IL-6、TNF-α水平较对照组低(P<0.05),β-EP水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合中药熏蒸可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部疼痛等表现症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation for patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:86 LDH patients who were admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled.According to patients’voluntary principle,they were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with warm acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with fumigation.The curative effect,scores of McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ)and Oswestry disability index(ODI),levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)andβ-endorphin(β-EP)in both groups were evaluated.Results:The total response rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(88.37%vs 69.77%)(P<0.05).The scores of MPQ and ODI,levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),while the level ofβ-EP was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation can improve lumbar pain,and improve clinical curative effect on LDH patients.
