针刺组穴对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患肢功能恢复及生活自理能力的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Point Combination on Function Recovery of the Affected Limb and Life Self-Care Ability for Patients with Hemiplegia after Acute Stroke

目的:观察针刺组穴对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者患肢功能恢复及其生活自理能力的影响观察。方法:对我院神经内科2017年1月~2018年12月收治的急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者80例,采用区组随机化方式分为观察组(n=40)及对照组(n=40),对照组行常规康复训练,观察组给予针刺组穴联合康复训练。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后患肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力、生活自理能力评分。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(χ^2=8.658,P<0.05);治疗前两组患者患肢功能、日常生活活动能力评分及自理能力评分比较差别均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后两组患者患肢运动功能较治疗前均明显改善,运动能力评分及自理能力评分较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:在常规康复训练基础上对急性脑卒中后偏瘫患者进行针刺组穴治疗可明显提高其治疗有效率,促进患肢功能及生活自理能力恢复,且无明显副反应。

Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture point combination on function recovery of the affected limb and life self-care ability for patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke.Methods: Eighty patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke who were admitted to the department of neurology of the hospital between January 2017 and December 2018 were divided into observation group(n=40) and controlled group(n=40) by block randomization.The controlled group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given acupuncture point combination combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical effect,scores ofmotor function of the affected limb,activities of daily living and life self-care ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(χ^2=8.658,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of affected limb function,activities of daily living or life self-care ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function of the affected limb was significantly improved,and scores of activities of daily living and life self-care ability were significantly improved.Besides,the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion: On the basis of routine rehabilitation training,acupuncture point combination for patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke can significantly improve the treatment effective rate,promote the function recovery of affected limb and life self-care ability,without obvious side effects.
