翁榆合剂联合中医特色护理对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎(湿热内蕴证)的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Wengyu Mixture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing for Chronic Nonspecific Ulcerative Colitis (Damp-Heat Syndrome)

目的:观察翁榆合剂结合柳氮磺胺吡啶片,联合中医特色护理对溃疡性结肠炎的临床症状改善情况,以及肠黏膜愈合情况。方法:本次研究将符合纳入标准的74例于2017年1月至2018年12月就诊于成都中医药大学附属绵阳医院消化科住院部及脾胃病科门诊的患者,按随机数字表法,分为治疗组37例,对照组37例。对照组采取康复新液、柳氮磺胺吡啶片内服外用结合进行治疗,治疗组采取翁榆合剂、柳氮磺胺吡啶片联合中医特色护理干预治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。于疗程结束后,统计并比较两组治疗前后肠黏膜病变分级程度,以及中医症状积分改善情况等指标。结果:中医症状改善情况方面,治疗组中医症候改善的总有效率为91.4%,对照组中医证候改善的总有效率为86.1%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);在肠黏膜愈合情况方面,治疗组肠黏膜病变分级改善情况总有效率为88.6%,对照组肠黏膜病变分级改善总有效率为77.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翁榆合剂联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片,在中医特色护理的基础上治疗湿热内蕴证的溃疡性结肠炎能有效改善症状、修复肠道黏膜,能显著提高生活质量。

Objective: To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis and the healing of intestinal mucosa by combining Wengyu Mixture with Salazosulfapyridine Tablets and TCM characteristic nursing.Methods: 74 patients who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to gastroenterology department and department of spleen and stomach diseases in Mianyang Hospital of TCM from January 2017 to December 2018.According to the random number table,37 of them were classified as treatment group,and the remaining 37 were classified as controlled group.The controlled group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution and Salazosulfapyridine,while the treatment group was treated with Wengyu Mixture and Salazosulfapyridine combined with characteristic nursing intervention of TCM.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.After treatment,the grading degree of intestinal mucosal lesions and the improvement of TCM symptom scores were analyzed between the two groups.Results: In terms of symptom improvement,the total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group,and the controlled group was 86.1%,the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).In terms of grading improvement of intestinal mucosal lesions,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,and that of the controlled group was 77.8%,which was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of TCM characteristic nursing,Wengyu Mixture combined with Salazosulfapyridine can effectively improve symptoms,repair intestinal mucosa and significantly improve the quality of life of ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome.
