导电聚苯胺/碳纳米管复合薄膜的制备及其热电性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过超声共混和真空抽滤的方法,制备了一系列具有不同质量比的导电聚苯胺/单壁碳纳米管复合薄膜,并系统地讨论了不同质量比的导电聚苯胺和单壁碳纳米管对复合材料热电性能的影响。在室温下,测得复合膜的最高电导率、赛贝克系数和功率因子分别为730.7 S·cm^-1,55.7μV·K^-1和129.4μW·m^-1·K^-2。另外,通过变温测试,当导电聚苯胺和单壁碳纳米管的质量比为1∶3时,在70℃左右表现出最高功率因子为174.0μW·m^-1·K^-2。该研究结果将拓宽导电聚合物/碳纳米管复合热电材料体系,为高性能复合热电材料的研究提供一定的思路。 In this paper,polyaniline(PANI)/single wall carbon nanotube(SWCNTs)composites films have been prepared via ultra-sonication and vacuum filtration methods.The effects of different mass ratios of polyaniline to SWCNTs on the thermoelectric(TE)properties have been systematically studied.The maximal electrical conductivity,Seebeck coecient and power factor of the composite films are 730.7 S·cm^-1,55.7μV·K^-1,129.4μW·m^-1·K^-2 at room temperature,respectively.Additionally,the composite film with a PANI:SWCNT mass ratio of 1∶3 exhibits the highest power factor of 174.0μW·m^-1·K^-2 at approximately 70℃.This study has a large potential to broaden the research scope of composite TE materials.
