摘要
坚持专业教育和职业伦理教育相结合,把德育教育贯穿于学生教育全过程;以行之有效的教学管理制度的制订及实施,激励学生、教师投身于专业实践、自主创新等环节中来;以颇具研究生培养特色的“导师制”科技项目的实施,培养学生独立思考之能力;以契合服务地方办学定位的项目类课程体系的构建与实施,促进专业能力的培养。以专业兴趣、专业能力、自主创新及工程实践能力的培养反哺卓越文化及优良学风的建设。
Combining professional education and professional ethics education,the moral education should run through the whole education.The establishment and implementation of effective teaching management system can encourage students and teachers to devote themselves to professional practice and independent innovation.With the implementation of the"tutorial system"of science and technology projects with the characteristics of postgraduate training,students can be trained to think independently.The construction and implementation of the project-type curriculum system that fits the orientation of local schools can promote the cultivation of professional ability.The cultivation of professional interest,professional ability,independent innovation and engineering practice ability feeds on the construction of excellent culture and learning style.
