黑木耳多糖对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂代谢的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究黑木耳多糖对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法随机将60只大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,洛伐他汀组,黑木耳多糖低、中、高剂量组(50、100、200 mg/kg)。除正常组外,其他组灌胃高脂乳胶;同时给药组灌胃相应的药物,其他组灌胃等量生理盐水,6周后检测肝湿重、肝脂数、肝组织病理学改变,载脂蛋白B(apoB)、apo A1含量,血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果与模型组比较,黑木耳多糖组大鼠肝湿重、肝指数均降低,其中低和高剂量组肝湿重具有统计学意义(P<0.01),中和高剂量组肝指数具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。黑木耳多糖组肝小叶较为完整,偶见肝细胞脂肪变性,组间变化不明显。黑木耳多糖组甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平均下降(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇下降。黑木耳多糖中剂量组apoA1水平降低(P<0.01),黑木耳多糖组apoB水平均降低。结论黑木耳多糖通过调节脂质代谢、改善肝组织脂肪变程度,可有效防治大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝。 Objective To study the effect of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide on lipid metabolism in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,lovastatin group and Auricularia auricula polysaccharide low,medium and high dose group(50,100,200 mg/kg).In addition to the normal group,other groups were given high-fat emulsion,the corresponding drugs were given to the administration group.And other groups were given the same amount of normal saline.Six weeks later,the wet weight of the liver,the number of liver lipids,the histopathological changes of the liver,the contents of apoB and apoA1,the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured.Results Compared with the model group,the liver wet weight and liver index of rats in Auricularia auricula polysaccharide group decreased,and the liver wet weight in low and high dose groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the liver index in middle and high dose groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).The liver lobule of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide group was relatively complete,and the fatty degeneration of liver cells was occasionally seen,but the change between groups was not obvious.The triglyceride and total cholesterol of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide group decreased(P<0.01),and LDL cholesterol decreased.The level of apoA1 and apoB decreased in the middle dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion Auricularia auricula polysaccharide can effectively prevent and treat nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats by regulating lipid metabolism and improving fatty degree of liver tissue.
