摘要
采用积分球法和高光谱方法对不同类型的植物叶片进行了近红外光谱测试分析.结果表明,不同植物叶片的因色素含量不同,近红外光谱有所差异.不同绿叶间的反射率差异较小,而不同颜色叶片近红外光谱峰形相近但整体反射率差异较大.叶绿素含量越高,生物活性越强的植物叶片表现出越高的反射率值.此外,受干旱胁迫的叶片与正常叶片的近红外光谱也表现可分辨的特征.利用近红外高光谱成像的谱图合一的功能有望对植物进行大范围的监测,从而及时掌握植物的生长情况.
The integrating sphere and hyper-spectroscopy method are adopted to measure the NIR spectra of several different types of plant leaves,and a deep spectral analysis is given.The results show that the spectra are different between different plant leaves because of the difference in the pigment content.The reflectance difference between different green leaves is small,but the difference between plant leaves of different colors is large in spite of the similar band shape between them.The study reveals that the higher the chlorophyll content,the higher the reflectance of plant leaves with stronger bioactivity.And moreover,The NIR spectra of normal leaves and leaves under drought stress also show distinguishable characteristics.In view of its advantage of acquiring spectrum and image at the same time,near-infrared hyper-spectral imaging technique is expected to monitor plants in a large scale,so as to grasp the growth of plants in time.
