国培计划中幼儿教师培训需求分析的现状与改进 被引量:1

摘要 有效的培训需求分析是确保培训质量的重要保障。在现实的幼儿教师培训中,培训机构对幼儿教师培训需求分析的现状却不容乐观,表现出培训需求来源的单一性、培训调查的随意性、培训需求分析的窄化和表层化。为了使培训需求分析能真正反映出幼儿教师的实际需求,培训机构首先要立足多元主体,明确幼儿教师的培训需求;其次要灵活多样地选取适宜的调查方法,确保培训需求调查结果的有效性;最后要整合幼儿教师显性和隐形需求分析,使培训在关照到幼儿教师当下需求的同时更能引领他们走向超越,实现专业的可持续发展。 Effective training demand analysis is an important guarantee to ensure the quality of training.But in the reality of preschool teacher training,the current situation of training institutions for kindergarten teachers’training needs analysis is not optimistic,and the analysis of preschool teachers’training needs shows the single source of needs,the randomness of training investigation and narrowness and superficialization of demand analysis.In order to reflect the training needs of Preschool Teachers,training institutions should firstly understand the training needs of preschool teachers based on multiple related subjects.Secondly,we should select appropriate survey methods flexibly to construct the training needs of preschool teachers.Finally,we should integrate the explicit and implicit needs of preschool teachers so that the training can not only take care of the current needs of preschool teachers,but also lead them to go beyond to achieve professional sustainable development.
