济宁市医疗机构洁净工程现况调查及综合性能监测分析

Investigation on clean engineering in medical institutions and monitoring analysis in Jining

目的了解济宁市医疗机构洁净工程建设运维管理与监测状况,为洁净工程规范管理,制定相关医院感染防范措施提供科学依据。方法自行设计洁净工程建设运维管理情况调查表,采用现场查看和问卷调查相结合的方法,收集相关信息,同时对建有洁净工程的医疗机构进行运维管理状况全面调查及综合性能评定专项监测。结果济宁市229家医疗机构中共有49家建有不同级别的洁净工程,建有率为21.40%,建成年限在10年以内的洁净工程占85.74%。管理部门及维护模式各不相同,多数医疗机构规范维护均不到位。洁净工程综合性能评定监测平均合格率为63.31%,经统计分析,不同级别医疗机构、不同建成年限的洁净工程综合性能评定合格率差异有统计学意义。结论济宁市医疗机构洁净工程运维管理不到位,运行状态较差,建议加强规范维护管理与监测,降低感染风险,保障医疗安全。

Objective To understand the operation and maintenance management and monitoring status of clean engineering construction in medical institutions of Jining,so as to provide scientific basis for the standardized management of clean engineering and the formulation of relevant hospital infection prevention measures.Methods Self designed questionnaire on operation and maintenance management of clean engineering construction was used to collect relevant information by combining on-site inspection and questionnaire survey.At the same time,complete investigation on operation and maintenance management and special monitoring on comprehensive performance evaluation were carried out for medical institutions with clean engineering construction.Results 49 of 229 medical institutions in Jining city had different levels of clean engineering,with the construction rate of 21.40%,and 85.74%of them had been completed within 10 years.The management department and maintenance mode were different,and the standard maintenances of most medical institutions were not in place.The difference in average qualified rate of comprehensive performance evaluation and monitoring of clean engineering was 63.31%.Through statistical analysis,the differences in qualified rate of comprehensive performance evaluation of clean engineering in different levels of medical institutions and different years of construction were statistically significant.Conclusion The operation and maintenance management of clean engineering in medical institutions of Jining city is not in place,and the operation status is poor.It is suggested to strengthen the standardized maintenance management and monitoring,for reducing the risk of infection and ensuring the medical safety.
