新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医务人员个人防护技能培训体系的构建

Establishment of training system for personal protection skills of medical staff during the outbreak of COVID-19

目的构建新型冠状病毒肺炎防控技能培训体系,为有效防控疫情提供保障。方法借鉴世界卫生组织(WHO)埃博拉防护培训经验,对援鄂医疗队队员及相关医务人员进行理论培训、现场演练和考核。结果经过培训考核结果显示,培训前摸底考核,医务人员平均考试成绩合格率均在10%以下,通过培训之后考核成绩合格率达到95%左右。医务人员已充分掌握新冠肺炎的防控理论和实操。结论本次设计的防控传染病知识和技能培训得到预期目标,在实际防控任务中也得到验证,传染病防控技能应成为医务人员之必备。

Objective To build a skill training system for prevention and control of COVID-19 to provide guarantee for effective prevention and control of epidemic situation.Methods Learning from the experience of World Health Organization(WHO)on Ebola protection training,theoretical training,on-site drills and assessments were conducted for the members of Hubei-aid medical team and related medical personnel.Results The results of the training assessment showed that before the training,the pass rate of the average examination score of medical personnel was below 10%,and the pass rate of the examination score after training reached about 95%.Medical personnel fully mastered the theory and practice of the prevention and control of COVID-19.Conclusion The knowledge and skills training for the prevention and control of infectious diseases designed this time has achieved the expected goals,and has also been verified in the actual prevention and control tasks.Infectious disease prevention and control skills should become a must for medical personnel.
