摘要
本文聚焦科技创新促进动能转换生态系统的主体多元构成与生态互动关系,构建我国科技创新促进动能转换的新型多元创新生态系统理论框架,并运用实地调研、专家座谈、半结构化访谈以及文本挖掘等方法对黑龙江省科技创新促进动能转换进行实证剖析,深入探讨黑龙江省科技创新促进动能转换生态系统的主要矛盾和关键问题,进而提出黑龙江省优化科技创新多元生态系统、推进东北地区实现动能转换的若干政策建议。
Focusing on the multi-actor composition and ecological interaction of innovation ecosystem,this paper constructed a theoretical framework of new multi-agent innovation ecosystem in which scientific and technological innovation promotes systemic kinetic energy transformation(KET).Then the paper applied the theoretical framework to analyze the KET of Heilongjiang province by combining methods of focus group,expert discussion,semi-structured interview,and text mining,to explore the barriers in Heilongjiang’s KET.Finally,the conclusions put forward several policy suggestions for Heilongjiang to optimize its multi-agent innovation ecosystem of scientific and technological innovation and advance the KET in Northeast China.
