摘要
本文以长江中游城市群为研究对象,采用泰尔指数和空间收敛模型对1995-2016年中国城市群资源集聚能力的协调发展及其内在驱动机制进行了研究。研究发现:(1)长江中游城市群湖北、湖南、江西省域内资源集聚能力的差异性趋向均衡、省域间资源集聚能力的差异性趋向分化;(2)长江中游城市群三大省域资源集聚能力的空间收敛速度呈现湖北省域最快、湖南省域次之、江西省域最慢的特征;(3)人口规模、经济发展水平、生态环境质量、市场化水平对长江中游城市群整体及三大省域资源集聚能力的协调发展皆有促进作用。鉴于此,本文从打造省域内和省域间协调发展模式、增强"高铁+城市群网络"建设力度、优化资源要素配置、强化生态科技创新意识等方面提出了相关对策建议。
This paper takes the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as the research object,and uses the Tyre index and the spatial convergence model to study the coordinated development of resource agglomeration ability and its driving mechanism in Chinese urban agglomerations from 1995 to 2016,the results show that:(1)The differences of the resource agglomeration ability in Hubei,Hunan and Jiangxi Province region tend to be balanced and the differences of the resource agglomeration ability among province region tend to be differentiated.(2)The fastest spatialconvergence rate of resource agglomeration abilityis Hubei Province region,the second is Hunan Province region and the slowest is Jiangxi Province region.(3)The population scale,the level of economic development,the quality of ecological environment and the level of marketization all promote the coordinated development of resource agglomeration ability of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and in the three major provinces.In view of this,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions from the following aspects:establishing the mode of coordinated development within and among provinces,strengthening the construction of"high-speed railway+urban agglomeration network",optimizing the allocation of resource elements,strengthening the consciousness of ecology and technological innovation.
