In order to effectively solve this problem, we must provide multidimensional support at the legal and technical levels: establish and improve the relevant legislation on intellectual property protection of Internet works;improve the applicability of the legislation;strengthen the innovation of big data and block-chain technology;protect the intellectual property of Internet works by addressing the root causes;and provide traceable evidence of infringement.
