On How to Solve the Problem of the Party Building Work Being Divorced from the Central Work

党建工作和中心工作是密不可分的,抓好中心工作离不开党建工作的有力支撑,抓好党建工作离不开中心工作的重要舞台。由于思想陈旧、只抓一头,统筹不力、顾此失彼,制度缺失、整合不够等因素,在基层工作中经常出现党建工作和中心工作“两张皮”现象。为此,在基层工作中应当树立统筹兼顾的工作思维,采用齐抓共管的工作方式,以制度创新建立长效机制,实现党建工作与中心工作的同频共振,有效解决党建工作和中心工作“两张皮”问题。

The Party building work and the central work are inseparable from each other. To do the central work well, the strong support of the Party building work cannot be dispensed with;to do the Party building work well, the central work would serve as an important stage. Yet at the grassroots level, they are often divorced from each other;because of the out-dated thought, only one of them is taken care of;due to weak overall planning, people cannot deal with them with equal emphasis;other reasons also include the lack of institutions and insufficient integration. Therefore, in the grass-roots work, we should have the thinking of overall consideration;adopt the working method of joint management;establish a long-term mechanism with institutional innovation;and align the Party building work with the central work, so as to effectively solve the problem of the Party building work being divorced from the central work.
