摘要
DREB蛋白在应对非生物胁迫中发挥重要作用,是植物的重要调控因子。欧李是中国特有的树种,对非生物胁迫具有很强的耐受性,但至今未对欧李DREB基因家族进行过系统的研究。这篇文章利用欧李基因组初步测序的结果,结合课题组已有转录组信息,鉴定了39个欧李DREB基因。对所有基因进行了详细的分析,包括基因分类、保守基序的确定、系统发育评价和低温诱导的表达分析。系统发育分析表明ChDREB蛋白分为六个亚群(A1~A6)。ChDREB基因分布在基因组8条染色体中的7条。利用qRT-PCR研究了ChDREB基因在低温下的表达情况,结果表明A1组对低温的响应最敏感。本次研究为欧李DREB基因的深入研究提供了理论基础。
DREB protein plays an important role in abiotic stress and is an important regulatory factor of plants. As a unique tree species in China, Cerasus humilis has a strong tolerance to abiotic stress. There has been no systematic study on the DREB genes family heretofore. In this study, 39 ChDREB genes were identified based on the results of preliminary sequencing of Cerasus humilis genome and the previous transcriptional information of our research group. All genes were analyzed in detail, including gene classification, identification of conserved motifs, phylogenetic evaluation, and low temperature induced expression analysis. Phylogenetic analysis showed that ChDREB proteins were divided into six subgroups(A1–A6). The ChDREB genes were distributed in seven of the eight chromosomes in the genome. The expression of ChDREB genes at low temperature were studied by qRT-PCR, and the results showed that A1 group was most sensitive to low temperature. This study provides a theoretical basis for the further study of ChDREB genes.
