植被宏离子组分析方法的建立及重金属污染的监测应用 被引量:3

Development and application of the meta-ionomic assay to identify heavy metal pollution

摘要 垃圾填埋随城市化的快速发展而成为各国处理城市垃圾的主要方式,其导致的环境影响已经成为全球需共同面对的紧迫问题,但如何经济、高效地判别垃圾填埋对生物圈带来的有毒重金属污染风险尚未得到足够重视。本研究通过系统分析上海市最主要的老港垃圾填埋场、闵行翡翠山修复后的垃圾填埋场和作为对照的其他区域的植被离子组,建立了宏离子组分析方法。该方法准确快速地鉴定出了老港填埋场的污染金属物种类及其影响程度,表明该方法有广泛应用的潜力,可用于快速排查并摸底国土污染情况。 With the rapid development and expand of cities, landfill has become a preferential and dominant way to deal with urban rubbish. An urgent and serious concern to governments all over the world is the environmental impact caused by landfill, but it remains a problem on how to economically and efficiently identify and score the derived ecological risk. In the current study, a meta-ionomic analysis method was established by systematically analyzing the ionome of vegetation in Laogang(LG) which represents the most important landfill site in Shanghai, Jade Mountain(FCS) where an abandoned landfill was remodeled into a public park, and also other areas used as controls in this investigation. The meta-ionomic method accurately and quickly distinguished Laogang Landfill from other places, and identified 7 most significant toxic metals, indicating that the method has great application potential and can be widely used for rapid mapping of land metal pollution.
