摘要
乳腺癌是中国女性中最常见的癌症,其中乳腺癌易感基因BRCA的突变是引发乳腺癌的重要因素。对中国人群BRCA突变特点及相关乳腺癌特征进行研究归纳,并进一步建立相应的检测和治疗标准,有利于乳腺癌的防治。该文对BRCA突变相关乳腺癌特点及其在中国人群中的研究进展进行了综述,希望能为中国乳腺癌的研究与治疗提供一些依据。
Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in Chinese women, and BRCA mutations occur frequently in breast cancer. Knowing the characteristics of breast cancer(BC) in Chinese women who carry a BRCA1/2 mutation and then establishing the preventive and curative criteria, will be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. For this reason, the characteristics of BRCA-related breast cancer and its research progress in the Chinese population were reviewed.
