基于青年女体面部轮廓的防护口罩结构设计方法 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高防护口罩的密合度和舒适性,确保有效的防护效果,根据消费者的反馈意见,利用逆向工程技术制作出青年女体头台模型,采用立体裁剪的方式设计并制作出10款防护口罩,并进行了主观评价和综合分析。研究发现,合体显瘦的结构设计方式和延伸感的口罩轮廓线可以增加产品的美感,分割、转省、抽褶等设计手法可以有效分解口罩的面部浮余量,确保产品的合体度和舒适性,在10款口罩中,6#两片式口罩的综合性能最佳,1#一片式口罩的综合性能最差。 In order to improve the tightness and comfort of protective masks and ensure the effective protecting effect,based on the feedback of consumers,ten types of protective masks were designed by 3D cutting method according to the head mannequin of young women made by reverse engineering technology,and the subjective evaluation and comprehensive analysis were carried out as well.It is found that fit and thin structure design mode and the extended mask contour could increase the aesthetic perception of products.Some design technique such as segmentation,dart transfer and gathering could effectively decompose the floating allowance at face area to ensure fitness and comfort of the products.Among the ten types of masks,the comprehensive performance of the two-piece 6#mask is best,while the comprehensive performance of the one-piece 1#mask is worst.
