摘要
“3+3”中高职衔接分段培养工作,是现代职业教育体系的构建要素,也是终身教育体系的组成部分,肩负着培养对口行业企业的高素质技术技能型人才重任。目前,“3+3”中高职教育衔接不畅的现象仍然存在,主要表现为衔接院校的合作目标定位偏差、课程设置不成体系、合作载体较为单一等方面。现代学徒制在“3+3”中高职衔接分段培养工作中的有效运行,有利于增强分段教育职业性、企业参与主动性和学生学习导向性。这一过程中,需要政府支持,组建衔接专业校企理事会,校企一体提效衔接教育教学管理工作,拟订衔接专业学徒培养方案,统筹衔接课程一体化设计,使职业教育真正成为促进技术技能型人才职业生涯发展的基石。
“3+3”middle and higher vocational colleges linked-up training work,which shoulders the responsibility of training high-quality technical personnel of the industry enterprises,is the construction elements of modern vocational education system,and is also a component of the lifelong education system.At present,the bridging of higher vocational education in"3+3"project is still not smooth,which is mainly reflected in the aspects such as the deviation of cooperative target positioning,unsystematic curriculum setting and single cooperation carrier of the connecting colleges.The effective operation of the modern apprenticeship system in the“3+3”middle and higher vocational colleges is conducive to enhancing the vocational education in different levels,enterprises’participation initiative and students’learning orientation.In the process,the government support is needed in the establishment of the school-enterprise council,which integrate schools and enterprises to improve the management of bridging education and teaching,develop a professional apprentice training program,and integrate bridging curriculum integration design,so that vocational education can truly become the cornerstone to promote the career development of skilled talents.
