摘要
分析我国高职教育课程教学的现状与问题,基于《悉尼协议》“以学生为中心、以结果为导向、倡导持续改进、尊重专业个性”的特点,提出建立在塔型分层教学的基础上,教学指导队伍具备塔型多种身份,学生具有动态塔型轮换身份的一种新型教学方法——“塔型循环导师教学法”,以建筑工程测量课程为例,阐述塔型教学资源的建设、课堂教学模式改革、课堂评价机制改革、课堂指导教师队伍的建立等,总结该教学法在建筑工程测量课程教学中应用后的教学效果。
Based on the analysis of the current status and problems of China’s higher vocational education curriculum teaching and the characteristics of the Sydney Accord’s advice of student-center,result-orientation,advocating continuous improvement,and respecting professional personality,this paper proposes a tower-based stratification of teaching.The teaching guidance team has a variety of tower-type identities,and students have a new teaching method of dynamic tower-type rotation identity——tower-type circular tutor teaching method.Taking the construction engineering survey course as an example,the tower-type teaching resources are explained from the perspective of the construction of teaching resources,the reform of classroom teaching mode,the reform of classroom evaluation mechanism,the establishment of classroom guidance,etc..In the end,the paper summed up the teaching effect of the teaching method while applied in the construction engineering survey course teaching.
