五个葡萄品种叶色素含量与光合特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 本实验从分析五个葡萄品种光合特性(光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度)与叶片叶色素(叶绿素、花青素)含量为出发点,采用浸提法提取叶色素然后结合UV-5500-紫外可见分光光度计测定叶色素含量,使用LI-6400XT光合仪对光合特性进行测定。然后用SPSS16.0软件分析每一个葡萄品种所研究的各指标内的相关性、光合特性的相关性和光合速率与叶色素含量的相关性。结果显示:光合速率与胞间CO2浓度呈显著正相关,气孔导度与光合速率和胞间CO2浓度呈极显著正相关。夏黑葡萄和阳光玫瑰葡萄具有较高的净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量值,为五个品种中适宜楚雄本地栽植的较优种。 In our study,the photosynthesis characteristics(photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration)and leaf pigment(chlorophyll and anthocyanin)content of five grape varieties were analyzed.The leaf pigment was extracted by extraction method and then combined.The leaf pigment content was determined by UV-5500-ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and the photosynthetic characteristics were measured using an LI-6400XT photosynthetic apparatus.SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the correlation,photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthesis rate of each grape variety studied.The results showed that the photosynthesis rate was positively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration,and the stomatal conductance was significantly positively correlated with the photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration.The photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with the total amount of chlorophyll but not significant.Xiahei and Sunshine Rose have higher net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content,and are among the five varieties suitable for local planting in Chuxiong.
